This oil transport and distribution trailer is made for you. Approved and compliant with the ADR for the transportation of hazardous materials on open roads.
This trailer is ideal for your maintenance, industrial lubrication, and oil pumping activities.
With a capacity of less than 250L of new oil and 300L of used oil, it benefits from a total exemption from the ADR as defined in §1.1.3.6. No basic ADR training is therefore required.
Furthermore, since it weighs less than 750 kg, a B license is sufficient to tow it.
Equipped with aluminum Large Bulk Tanks (IBCs) with a UN identification plate, it is designed with internal anti-roll partitions, a 2″ filler connection with a semi-symmetrical fitting, a pressurized ventilation valve, an air dryer, a suction tube with a ball valve, a mechanical float gauge with a visible dial at the rear, hazardous materials signs, and other regulatory symbols depending on the product to be transported.
The Fill’n Oil trailer is equipped with an air dryer to prevent water or moisture contamination in your storage tanks, guaranteeing you quality oil.
Our trailer frames are designed to safely accommodate the tanks. Each tank is bolted to the chassis crossmembers for secure attachment to the entire trailer. The trailer is fully galvanized, with a single axle, V-shaped drawbars with ball joint housing, telescopic jockey wheel and stabilizing stand, a platform, mudguards, and protection bars with a driving light bar.
Oil Distribution and Pumping
We adapt our oil pumping and filling solutions.
• Pumps dedicated to clean and dirty oil to avoid mixing.
• For easy oil refilling, the pumps are equipped with a 1 to 20 L/min flow rate regulator.
• A digital oil distribution meter allows partial and total counting of the pumped volume.
• Two separate DN19x12m hose reels for fresh and used oil, each with color identification.
• Grounding cable with grounding shoe.
• Staubli-type quick couplings for quick tool changes.
