The objective was simple: keep the site’s access roads clean and safe despite heavy lorry traffic.
A common challenge at concrete batching plants and quarries
Concrete, aggregate and construction material production sites are subject to significant daily heavy goods vehicle traffic. When leaving the loading areas, lorries often carry mud, dust, sand or concrete residue onto the roadways.
Over time, these deposits make access roads particularly dirty and can lead to several consequences:
- Damage to the site’s image in the eyes of visitors and customers.
- Slip hazards for vehicles and pedestrians.
- Fouling of nearby public roads.
- An increase in manual cleaning operations.
Our customer was looking for a self-contained, mobile and robust solution capable of operating quickly across their entire site.
A custom-built high-pressure cleaning trailer
To meet this requirement, our teams designed a high-pressure cleaning trailer fully adapted to its industrial environment.
Built on an open, hot-dip galvanised steel trailer, this solution offers excellent corrosion resistance and great durability, even under intensive operating conditions.
The tank consists of a single-skin aluminium IBC, perfectly suited to water storage and offering excellent protection against corrosion.

To ensure effective cleaning of the road surfaces, the trailer is fitted with a professional diesel high-pressure unit.

- Flow rate: 960 L/h
The setup is completed by:
- A professional hose reel kit
- A connecting hose
- A 20-metre high-pressure hose, making it easy to work around the trailer without having to move it constantly.
