To reinforce its robustness in outdoor conditions, the skid now features an aluminium cover that protects the tanks from the elements — and particularly from snow.
An aluminium cover against the elements
The main new feature is this aluminium protective cover fitted above the tanks. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free, it shields the IBCs from rain, UV, dust and snow. A decisive advantage for users who store or operate their skid outdoors all year round: snow no longer takes hold on the tanks, and the dispensing equipment stays protected between uses.
This cover extends the service life of the equipment while ensuring clean dispensing, even in the depths of winter.
A mobile station designed for the field
The Fill’n Drive 2×450 L combines the transport and dispensing of diesel (UN 1202) on a single platform:
- 900 L capacity split across 2 connected 450 L tanks certified SDR & ADR
- Single-wall aluminium IBCs, anti-corrosion treated
- Sturdy steel chassis, designed for intensive use
- Integrated fork pockets for quick handling with a forklift truck
Compact and easy to move, it is loaded and positioned effortlessly wherever fuel is needed.
Complete, ready-to-use dispensing equipment
Supplied as standard with everything needed to refuel without any additional equipment:
- 12 m hose reel with DN19 hose
- Automatic shut-off nozzle
- Flow meter for precise monitoring of dispensed volumes
- 30 µm particle filter with water absorption, for clean fuel at the point of use
- ABC safety extinguisher
The dispensing flow rate is 50 L/min as standard, with a 75 L/min option for more demanding refuelling needs.
SDR & ADR compliant for road transport
The Fill’n Drive 2×450 L is SDR/ADR certified*, compliant with the regulations governing the road transport of dangerous goods. You can therefore legally transport it on the road, from the depot to the point of use, with no additional formalities relating to the equipment.
