Description
Fire-fighting motor pump trailer – MPR 2000-15 Petrol – NF S 63-110 standard
The MPR 2000-15 towable motor pump from PEGASE Énergies is a self-contained pumping unit designed for operations where every minute counts: fighting large-scale fires, dewatering flooded premises and high-volume water pumping. It delivers 2000 litres per minute at 15 bar and is mounted on a hot-dip galvanised trailer weighing less than 750 kg. It can therefore be towed easily behind a light vehicle, without any special licence in most configurations. Designed and manufactured in France, it meets the requirements of the NF S 63-110 standard.
A high-performance fire pump: 2000 L/min at 15 bar
At the heart of the MPR 2000-15 is a centrifugal pump sized to meet the needs of fire and rescue services, local authorities and industrial sites.
- Nominal flow rate: 2000 L/min, to supply several branch lines or rapidly evacuate large volumes of water
- Pressure: 15 bar, suited to laying out hoses over long distances and across changes in elevation
- Electronic pressure regulation: the discharge pressure remains stable even as branch lines are opened or closed, keeping crews and equipment safe
- Suction: 2 × DN100 with couplings and chained caps
- Discharge: 2 × DN100 with couplings and chained caps
The dual DN100 inlets and outlets make it possible to draw water from a natural source (river, pond, basin, fire-water reserve) and to supply several lines simultaneously.
Electronically fuel-injected petrol engine
The motor pump is driven by an electronically fuel-injected petrol engine with liquid cooling. Electronic injection makes starting easier and ensures smooth running. Liquid cooling makes it possible to sustain the load on long operations: extended dewatering after a flood, or continuous supply to a fire-suppression system.
A complete and clearly laid-out control panel
All the parameters the operator needs are grouped on a centralised control panel, illuminated for night-time work:
- Inlet and outlet pressure gauges
- Manual mode / pressure-regulation mode selector
- Battery charge indicator
- Fuel gauge
- Water temperature indicator with warning light
- Hour meter for maintenance tracking
At a glance, the operator can monitor suction, discharge and engine status, and anticipate any fault during the operation.
A rugged trailer, built for the field
Hot-dip galvanised chassis, GVW under 750 kg
The trailer is hot-dip galvanised, the best protection against corrosion for equipment exposed to water, mud and the elements. With a GVW under 750 kg, it remains easy to tow and manoeuvre.
Raised chassis and reinforced all-terrain tyres
The raised single-axle chassis and its reinforced all-terrain tyres provide access to difficult operating areas: forest tracks, riverbanks, waterlogged ground and the surroundings of industrial sites.
Protective and accessible housing
The motor pump is protected by a housing with red aluminium panels, mounted on a removable hot-dip galvanised tubular frame. For maintenance, the frame can be dismantled to give full access to the engine and the pump. Front and rear protective covers round off the protection during transport and storage.
Visibility and safety
- LED lights with low power consumption and a long service life
- Reflective strip for good visibility on the road and on the operating site
- Area lighting to make night-time operations safer
Standard equipment
The MPR 2000-15 is supplied ready to use with:
- Jockey wheel
- Ø76 ring hitch
- Articulated drawbar to adjust the hitch height to suit the towing vehicle
- Stabilising stand
- 13-pin plug
- Under-chassis storage for 6 suction hoses
Options included
- Aluminium storage box
- Stainless steel brackets for floats
- Holders for tools and a hydrant key
- Area and control panel lighting
Accessories for NF S 63-110 compliance
For your motor pump to be fully compliant with the NF S 63-110 standard, the following accessories are essential and are offered as options:
- Kit of 10 DN110 × 2 m suction hoses with couplings, compliant with NF ISO 14557
- DN100 strainers compliant with NF S 61-842
- 25 m nylon control lines with 2 carabiners
- Floats for strainers
This equipment ensures efficient, safe suction from a water source, keeping the strainer at the right depth and clear of mud and debris.
Applications: fire, flooding, dewatering
The MPR 2000-15 is aimed at all operators who need to deploy a high pumping capacity quickly:
- Departmental fire and rescue services (SDIS) and emergency response centres
- Local authorities and municipal technical services
- Industrial sites, logistics platforms and classified sites (ICPE)
- Civil protection and civil defence associations
- Agricultural and forestry operations
Example uses:
- Supplying water to appliances and branch lines during major fires (industrial fires, forest fires, large-area buildings)
- Dewatering cellars, underground car parks, tunnels or flooded buildings
- Pumping during floods and inundations
- Deployment from fire-water reserves or natural water sources

FAQ – MPR 2000-15 towable motor pump
What is the flow rate of the MPR 2000-15 motor pump?
It delivers 2000 litres per minute at a pressure of 15 bar.
Do you need a special licence to tow this motor pump?
As the trailer’s GVW is under 750 kg, it can generally be towed on a category B licence, subject to the characteristics of the towing vehicle.
What is the NF S 63-110 standard?
It is the French standard that governs fire-fighting motor pumps. The MPR 2000-15 meets it, provided it is fitted with the required suction accessories (hoses, strainers, control lines, floats).
Can the motor pump be used for dewatering after a flood?
Yes. Its flow rate of 2000 L/min and its dual DN100 suction inlets make it suitable for the rapid evacuation of large volumes of water.
Can the motor pump be adapted to our needs?
Yes. As a manufacturer, PEGASE Énergies will study your adaptation requests. Contact our team to discuss them.
