2700L Aviation Refueling Cart for JET-A1, AVGAS 100L & AVGAS UL91
Need to transport kerosene to refuel your aircraft or helicopter?
This fuel transport and distribution trailer is made for you. Approved and compliant with the ADR for the transport of hazardous materials on open roads.
Ideal trailer for your microlight rental activities, flight school, skydiving, flying club, and airfield.
With a simple ADR training course, you can tow a capacity of 1350L. (Training is mandatory for transporting unleaded 95, 100LL, UL91, AVGAS, JET-A1, and SP98 vehicles.)
As the gross vehicle weight exceeds 750kg, a trailer license (BE) or B96 training is required to tow it.
Equipped with an aluminum Large Bulk Tank (IBC), approved ADR with a UN identification plate, it is designed with internal anti-roll partitions, a 2-inch filler connection with a semi-symmetrical fitting, a pressurized ventilation valve, a suction tube with a ball valve, a mechanical float gauge with a visible dial at the rear, hazardous materials signs, and other regulatory symbols depending on the product to be transported.
The entire pumping circuit is made of stainless steel to preserve the quality of your fuel. In addition, the fill’n Fly aviation trailer is equipped with an absorbent filter that complies with the EI-1581 standard for the separation of water from fuel, guaranteeing you quality fuel.
Our aviation refueling cart chassis are designed to securely accommodate tanks. Each tank is bolted to the chassis crossmembers for secure attachment to the entire trailer.
The trailer is fully galvanized, features a double braked axle, a V-shaped drawbar with a ball joint, a telescopic jockey wheel and stabilizing stand, a platform, mudguards, and protective bars with a high beam bar.

We adapt the distribution system to your needs.
The manual pump will refuel any machine at a rate of 2 liters per stroke, freeing you from any power supply constraints.
For simple refueling, the 12V version with an electrical box allows you to easily refuel your equipment thanks to an electrical autonomy of +/- 3,500 liters. *Also available in a battery-free version.
Need a 230V power supply nearby? The 50L/min pump with its 10-meter power supply will save you time, allowing you to fully enjoy your activity.
In addition, we also offer 75L/min, 100L/min, or 140L/min pumps.
Numerous options are available upon request:
