Description
Need to transport diesel to refuel your construction equipment and generators?
This fuel transport and distribution container tank is made for you. Approved and compliant with the EN 12285-2 standard for fuel storage. Ideal tank for your applications in forestry, mining, quarrying, transportation, construction, recycling centers, etc.
With a capacity of less than 10,000L to 42,000L, it features an inspection manhole, a shot-blasted finish, and two coats of polyurethane paint.
Directly integrated into a 20- or 40-foot shipping container for easy handling, it can be used as a fixed or mobile solution thanks to its 110% double-walled retention system. The container walls are lined and equipped with ventilation to eliminate fuel vapors.
Equipped with a 4 to 5mm double-walled steel tank, it is designed with 3″ and 2″ filling connections with a fill limiter, a pressurized ventilation valve, a suction tube with a ball valve, a hydrostatic gauge with a dial, hazardous material signs, and other regulatory symbols depending on the product to be transported.
The entire distribution system is installed in the double wall of the tank with a robust, lockable closure, ensuring security when the tank is left permanently on your construction sites.
The 0.5″ supply and return connections allow you to automatically refuel your generator using flexible hoses.
Fuel Distribution
We adapt the distribution system to your needs:
- A 230V power supply nearby? The 70L/min or 90L/min pump will save you time so you can fully enjoy your activity.
- Autonomy and speed? The version with a motor-driven pump eliminates all electrical constraints and delivers a flow rate of 120L/min.
Fuel management systems are available to manage access, users, and also the consumption of each vehicle.
Numerous options are available upon request:
8m hose reel, ADR case, anti-pollution case, leak alarm, connected gauge
Benefits of fuel storage in 20- or 40-foot containers
Containerized fuel storage offers a flexible solution to meet growing energy needs. Containers, suitable for transport, facilitate the rapid and efficient distribution of fuel. They also ensure secure storage, minimizing storage risks. This method is particularly useful in remote areas or in emergencies.
Fuel storage containers are designed to ensure maximum safety, reducing potential hazards. Their modularity allows for adaptability to various fuel types, offering significant versatility. This flexibility is accompanied by rapid installation, accelerating the commissioning of energy infrastructure.
The economic benefits of this approach are significant, with reduced operating costs and resource optimization. Containerized storage also adapts to fluctuating energy demands, ensuring efficient resource management.
Furthermore, this method offers an environmentally friendly solution, minimizing the risk of leaks and contamination. The containers are equipped with advanced safety systems to prevent any unwanted incidents, thus ensuring environmental protection.
The use of containers for fuel storage meets the requirements of mobility and convenience. These units can be moved quickly to meet changing energy needs. This makes them an ideal solution for emergency situations or temporary projects requiring a mobile energy source.
In conclusion, containerized fuel storage offers a modern, economical, and environmentally friendly solution to meet varying energy needs, while ensuring maximum safety and operational flexibility.
Regulations for Diesel Tanks and Containerized Tanks
The ADR training exemption is only valid for tanks with a capacity of less than 333L for models containing gasoline (SP95/98, UL 100, 100LL, AVGAS, UL91) or less than 999L for models containing diesel (GNR, Fuel Oil, Kerosene, Jet A1).
