This B100 biofuel transport and distribution trailer is for you. Approved and compliant with ADR regulations for the transport of hazardous materials on public roads.
Ideal trailer for your forestry, construction, recycling center, etc. applications.
With a capacity of less than 1000L, it benefits from a partial exemption from ADR regulations as defined in §1.1.3.6. Therefore, no basic ADR training is required.
Furthermore, since its weight is less than 750kg, a standard driver’s license (category B) is sufficient to tow it.
B100 biofuel Tank Trailer
Equipped with an ADR-approved aluminum Intermediate Bulk Tank (IBC) with an identification plate. UN, it is designed with internal anti-roll baffles, a 2″ filler neck with semi-symmetrical fitting, a pressurized vent valve, a suction tube with a ball valve, a mechanical float gauge with a rear-facing dial, hazardous materials signage, and other regulatory symbols depending on the product being transported.
The trailer is fully galvanized, with V-shaped drawbars with ball joints, a jockey wheel and telescopic stabilizer leg, a platform, mudguards, and protective bars with a headlight bar.
Our trailer chassis are designed to securely accommodate the tanks. Each tank is bolted to the chassis cross members to ensure a rigid connection to the entire trailer.

- To avoid any electrical power constraints, the manual pump allows you to manually refuel any vehicle with up to 2 liters per beating.
- For easy refueling, the 12V version with electrical control box allows you to easily refuel your equipment thanks to an electrical autonomy of +/- 3500 liters. * Also available in a version without a battery.
- Need a 230V power supply nearby? The 50L/min pump with its 10-meter hose will save you time so you can fully enjoy your activity.

Regulations for Biodiesel B100 tank trailers under 1000L
The ADR training exemption is only valid for trailers with a capacity of less than 333L for models containing gasoline (SP95/98, UL 100, 100LL, AVGAS, UL91) or less than 999L for models containing diesel (GNR, Fuel Oil, Kerosene, Jet A1).
