Fuel gun for gas station or mobile tank – ZVA

Every motorist has already owned an ELAFLEX HIBY product: the world-famous ZVA automatic fuel nozzle.

Oil companies, equipment manufacturers, and service providers prefer ergonomics, high flow rates, reliability, and technical innovation.

Thanks to its modular system, the ZVA can be delivered and adapted to any fuel pump, dispensing hose, and filler neck, or can be retrofitted.

The ZVA’s modular design also allows for cost-effective maintenance and repair. Simple replacements can be performed on-site by service companies. In the workshop, the ZVA can be disassembled and reassembled in minutes with a few tools. With one or two minor repairs, the ZVA can last more than ten years.

These factors mean that our dispensing nozzles—despite a significantly higher purchase price than many other “dispensing nozzles”—have the lowest overall operating cost relative to their total lifetime/use (total cost of ownership). This also includes our Slimline hoses and accessories, such as breakaway fittings and sight glasses.
